      IJJ:

These were bought by a friend. Cost her US$5.00 plus. I chose only orangy ones because I have no idea what to do with the green and white ones. πŸ˜‚

Glad you enjoy the pics, Sista Mumever and Bro Trap. πŸ™‚

Uncle Trap, was wondering which level is your gauge based on? Issit for P2, as long as more than 75 will be in the top 4 classes for P3?

To be in top 4 classes, I think definitely more than 75...
            Mark, keep it up! :rahrah:
Your DS is doing a good job and I'm sure he can get in top class, if not second. πŸ˜„

sorry, I am lost here..75 is score? Abit low lei.

Most of the time, it should be within band 1 range for all subjects. Maybe at times, one subject may be super tough and many do not score (such as EL for P4 SA1 where only 6 in entire cohort scored band 1). During P2 (and even P3/4)I remember the scores within the class were very close. The friend with position right behind her was only 0.1% lesser than hers! During P2, she scored around 94% (or was it 93%? ) and did not get into charity 3.

Thanks, but really, there is is always trade-off here and there. I am missing the convenience and the yummy hawker food in Singapore.

I remember I asked mine at the end of P3 if she wants to stay in 'Faith' (to stay with her kakis and to have lesser stress since we were planning on relocating), I actually spoke to her P3 form teacher on this matter. πŸ˜‰

OT : Mine loves to be in 'Faith' too. P1 in BTPS, she was in '1 Faith', P2, enbloc to '2 Faith', transfered to PH's Grace 2 and then P3 went back to 'Faith'. Mine is such a 'Faith-ful' girl. πŸ˜‰

Although mine changed her mind to move on(up) in P4 (Teamwork 9), I thot it is a great exposure for her too. The peers pressure is sufficient to keep her moving even when her mom cum sole tutor was slacking. πŸ˜‰

OT : when I asked dd1 why she chose not to stay put in Faith(4) when her P3 form teacher said 'ok', she said anyway, changed name to 'teamwork', no more 'Faith' to 'stay' in...

94% still cannot get into CH3
Now all the P2's parents are stress out. 94x3=282.
I know previously to get into CH2 from P1 you will need around 287 (95.67%).
So to get into top P3 class must also get around 287.

The extra points for HCL is only valid for SAP secondary schools.. However, it will help in learning Chinese in sec. school CL which involves more writing.. That's the view fr my sis whose took HCL n now in RV.

Hi drickymummy, you must be a very young mummy to have a sister in secondary school now. So envious! Next time when you walk with your DS, people will think you're siblings! πŸ˜„

That's what i was thinking too. either that or big age gap.
