i can’t understand why Pri school studies bcome so complex esp Maths and Science. I recall when I was in Pri Level, it was so much easier. I dun recall i need to do Maths-fraction when I was in Pri 3. And speaking of science, why there are much references in the Science Textbook. Very often, he cant find the answer from the textbook. We have to rely on the website.

I also lost track with Maths too, need to rely on my hubby to teach. Hopefully, dun need to to engage a tutor…

Looks like have to outsource daughter's math too when she goes to p3, at the rate this :siao: system continues.

:faint: I am hunting for a good one :frustrated: Its worse than selecting an assesment book.

        Thanks Janet ,
Then I might go for shaping maths as well. but only the work book...

        Thanks a lot Janet.

              Hi Champion,

Nah…no prob. It’s actually confusing which is which.
The one you posted is the school workbook…4 books A/B, part 1/2.
‘Shaping Math. Math Builder’ is the assessment book.

Hi Janet, Thanks for sharing. I didn’t know there are 2 work books. Is there any differents between the two? Today I am visiting popular so I will take a look. I don think we will get 20% for this title cos I remember some of the schools here are still using this as their text book.

                  Hi plum-cake,
Some schools are using Shaping Maths as textbook from P1-4...strangely, they switched to My Pals from P5...maybe the P5/6 books will be revised.
If you are looking for assessment book, that will be the one I posted. The pic which Champion posted is part of a set of 4 books used in schools as workbooks.

If you plan to use B workbook Part 2, it's possible to do so for SA2 revision.

Oh Yes, she is also taking the Yamaha Theory exam on the 29th..then 31st will be the start of her school SA2 Paper 😓 😓 She just recovered from her feverish state so dare not push her too hard and just go with the flow 😉

                        Hi plum-cake/champion,

My daughter had her CL/Eng oral earlier this week. Next week, it’s almost the whole week…starting from CL spelling (year end review) on monday, language on tue, Eng language on wed and then fri. After that PSLE marking week, it will be math.

If possible, get vitamin c for your kids…boost their immunity given the unpredictable weather of late.
