But I look right, look left, still cannot find the association between 'Life Sciences' and the train crash, or how students doing 'Life Sciences' would know the technicalities involved..Call me ignorant and enlighten me please!

I believe there are both types, full fees are those on parents' scholarships and special scholarships for those selected to study in Singapore.
