Yes! I went to Citygate mall… Coach outlet is not very cheap if you compare to our online stores or US factory outlets. I only bought 2 small bags that were on sale. The Giordano outlet was the main draw. Very cheap and the variety was good. The Adidas outlet was not bad too. Nike was closed when I went there in June. Don’t bother with Kate Spade store. I didn’t have time to visit Body Shop etc. DS was complaining and complaining…

TIP: Bring a medium trolley bag to Citygate coz you will find it really useful lugging everything back to your hotel esp if you take the MTR.
Each time I visit HK, I never fail to eat lots of Hui Lau Shan mango desserts and Tsim Chai Kee （佔仔记） prawn wonton noodles. -

If I have only 2 half days and 1 full day to spare, where should I go in HK? Will be staying in New Territories with relatives.
Thought of spending day 1 after touching down by going to Nathan Road, then to Science and Space Museum and night time avenue of stars.
Also want to go to that place with very long escalators but dunno where
Main purpose is to do some shopping on top of visiting. Lots of visiting, relatives staying all over the place, Shang Shui and Tsuen Wan.

Hi, anyone stays at Disney Hotel and Hollywood Hotel in Disneyland? Which is better?

Your first time there? Bringing kids? If no kids then no need to visit Disneyland, waste of time jostling with the Chinese mainlanders.If I have only 2 half days and 1 full day to spare, where should I go in HK? Will be staying in New Territories with relatives.

Half day 1: Visit Victoria Peak (HK Island)
Half day 2: Visit Citygate outlets if you like shopping OR take the trams from Causeway Bay to WanChai, HK Central etc. Most of the famous restaurants eg Yung Kee Roast Goose; Tsim Chai Kee, Mak Mun Kee are in the Central area.
Full day: Either Disneyland combined with Citygate outlets OR
visit Hong Kong Central (Mid-levels escalators, IFC, Lan Kwai Fong), then take Star Ferry to Kowloon (Harbourcity mall, Avenue of stars, eat dimsum), Bauhinia square, Mongkok temple st, H&M at Langham Place. Nice street to visit is the Sai Yeung Choi East St in Mongkok. -
wormy, can get all relatives together for a meal instead of travelling to all places to visit them? if cannot, then you probably have only 2 half days left to do all stuff.
cherrygal's suggestion is good but i would forget about disneyland (even with kids) and since you want shopping just concentrate on these. shopping really takes up lots of time.cherrygal:

They are relatives from my DH’s side, my paternal grandpa and his first wife’s (my grandma) side, very confusing de. Some don’t talk to each other one. Most of them r working class, and I find that they treasure their leave a lot. Going with kids but they dun like shopping and disneyland. Wonder why I m bringing them along ??? So must pack books and ipad. -
oh, this is my 3rd time there but the last one was 3 years ago.
