A Little Lost And Found Incident here that Renews My Faith in Sporean Honest Nature ....


I was at Rochor Centre DBS Bank last Sunday, to Deposit a Chq into the Chq Deposit Box. As there is no place to Write the Chq Detail, I Place My iPad on top of the Coin Deposit machine Area, to use as a Flat Area for Writing out the Bank Acc Detail.

After I Deposit the Chq, I Walk Away ....
Forgotten Totally about the iPad I placed there! :yikes:

Only after about 20min later I realise my Folly ....
Rushed Back to the Bank, But Of Course the iPad is Nowhere to be Found :sad:
I am Naturally very upset with Myself for being so careless and Forgetful (Old -liao! ), coz the iPad does not belong to me, but it's my kids' ....

Called up the Bank's customer Service Ctr, and were asked to return on the following Monday to the Branch to seek help in viewing the Security Camera Footage.

However, Upon Returning the Next Morning, the Bank advised me that I Gotta make a Police Report, and the police will liaise with them to view the Security Camera Footage.

Fast Forward to tonite ....
I receive an Email asking if I have Lost Something, and left me a mobile contact. After Calling, and checking of some personal details found in the iPad, Confirm that My IPad is Found!

And this Good Samaritan is so Kind :imanangel: ....
He Even Drove to my Place to Send the iPad Back to me, within Half an hour of our tele-Conversation! :love: :love:

So there R Really Good, Honest Sporean Around :imanangel: ....
And this has Really Brighten up my Day and Renew My Faith in Human Nature!

And Actually quite Sad for them .... Coz they Told me they lost their kid last year .... and R Consulting Lawyer for Negligence Suit against the Hospital ....
