i, personally encountered bad and rude attitude from NJC's admin.
i had called them twice, one was to enquire if they do provide schoolbus services.....
and their reply i had gotten was :shock: :slapshead: :mad:
they really have to improve on their front office...... -

so far, had called DHS's office several times,
fr making enquiry on open house and after gal successfully gotten in,
no problems encountered leh.....
even heard parents told me that the admin staff were kind/helpful when they called regarding appealed cases..... -
