Recent cases of bodies found .... in water and on land

why do these people not do it in their own house or their own block? :?
if die in own house, the value would be lower and chances of selling is not high. but to do it to others, is really selfish. -

1. Maybe too easy to be discover before able to die at home?
2. Might not even have a home if is rented?
3. Must ensure nobody to save before can suicide?

又有男子到勿洛蓄水池寻死，惊动警方到场，将男子上铐逮捕。
勿洛蓄水池4个月来连夺4命，昨午再有男子坠池，是本周发生的第二起获救事件。
据了解，昨午4时30分左右，有人在第716座组屋对面，看到该名20多岁的男子走入勿洛蓄水池。
他赶紧上前阻止，将他拉回岸上，并通报公用事业局人员和警方。当时，他离岸边不远，水深还不及腰围。
记者昨午赶到现场，男子已被上铐押上警车，警车随后开离现场。

I am a volunteer and I can tell you that drowning has not been a common method of suicide for a few decades. In fact, in recent years, it was not even among the top 3 methods. Ever since the government built HDB flats, the most common method has been jumping off high-rise buildings. Next are hanging and self-poisoning.peapot:
