Have the impression from friend that by a certain age, it is compulsory for the students to join the swimming lesson unless the student already has some swimming certificates (like the survivor bronze or something, but think the system has changed now).
Not sure if my impression is correct. Would like to find out too as we have external swimming lessons already.
