will they increase the no. of teachers?

If u checked with DD and she said it's becos teachers are busy, u can either switched centre if u like the materials or go for another prog. I think enopi has something similar

Do u have the link to share? Does this enopi work similar to MPM? Means the child sit there and do 9 pages and wait for the teacher to help?

I don think so as i observe they will have 3teachers and 1 marker during the weekend... For the weekdays only 2 teachers...
