Hi, I am new in this thread but have been reading all the posting in this thread with great interest. I got my Mini-Z bread maker today @ Robinson sales! So excited! After checking the given recipes, I found this \"Dry Milk\" in most of the recipes. Can all the experienced bread makers advise me what is tha and where I can buy that!

            TIA!
I also bought mine there today. Now waiting for SA2 to be over, then I can learn how to use it with my dd.

how much is it at Robinson Sales?

It is a 1-day sale event.
I bought it for S$286 (with the additional 5% from the Robinson card = S$271.70)

have anyone tried to make 'no-knead' dough bread?

it seems super easy to make, but need more time for the dough to rest.

Tried b4 and it turn out very hard..maybe my yeast died already.

For Dry Milk, I use regular full cream powder, not the formulated baby ones.

Before I got the milk powder, I used fresh milk instead of water, the bread still comes out ok. But since I use the timer function for my bread, the milk powder is recommended.

This is my 2nd attempt using the bread maker. My 1st attempt failed miserably. 😒

Luckily my 2nd attempt was a success! πŸ•Ί
