Happy Call Korean Frying Pan
-
Chenonceau:
How about using tongs?I got BOTH my HappyCalls!! The 55mm ($45) for frying. The 75mm ($50) for making bananacake. The stir fry vegetables are sweet and tender, but I have difficulty pouring/scooping them out of the pan because it has that double pan thingy.
Anyone has figured out a nice way of getting the food out of the pan? -

How did you stir fry your vegetables? You left the lid open and stir fry per normal wok? If not, how to ensure the vegetables not over-cooked or become yellow?I got BOTH my HappyCalls!! Btw, after you try the bananacake, do share the results and if possible, recipe with us hor.
Lucky you to get the pans from Korea, definitely authentic I guess. I am not sure if they ones sold on Gmarket are authentic. Anyway, I went ahead to order and still waiting to receive mine. -

Just888 - Me too… I use wooden spoon to fry.
Nissin - Yup… hubby got from Lotte Mart in Seoul. And tongs are a great idea. Why didn’t I think of that?! So dumb dumb me!!
