Total ----- 313

In the end
Box A ----- 133
Box B ----- 180
Total ----- 313

Number of coins to be transferred ------ 256 – 180 ----- 76

120 - 36 ----- 84

Please have another look at the example given in the link and follow same steps for your question.

Assume there were 30 boys and each boy ate 4 chicken wings, you’ll have (30*4) or 120 chicken wings.

Next consider an increase of 1 girl, so for 29 boys and 1 girl, you’ll have a difference of (29*4) - 3 or 113 chicken wings.

For an increase of 1 girl the difference is (120-113) or 7 chicken wings.

Assume all 80 chickens.
80x2 = 160
250-160 = 90
4-2 = 2 (goat has 4 legs but chickens have 2 legs)

90/2 = 45 -> no. of goats.

Hence chickens is (80-45)=35.
