Wah! You know how many pri schs there are?
I think it's more feasible if we ask abt the supplier in the various sch threads.

Hi All,
How many set of uniforms & T-shirt require when the child enter P1? Does the primary school have to do PT everyday? -
Depends. Some do PE twice a week, some thrice. I advise that you wait till you get the time-table to decide. For me, dd did thrice/week PE at P1, I bgt whole week supply of 3 sets of PE attires and 2 sets of uniforms. Later, I found the material for PE attire dries very quickly, I should just purchase 2 sets.

another factor would be how frequent is your house laundry cycle
-
I bought 2 sets
-
DS1 (P1) school time table as follow:-
Mon - PE
Tue,Wed - no PE,hence wear school uniform
Thur,Fri - PE
I am considerably a hardworking mum, though being lazy sometimes, hand wash both DS uniform every day. Ironing done only once a week, which was sunday. So, on Friday, DS1 will wear a non-iron PE attire to school
. Didn't get extra PE attire set earlier on cos agar agar that PE will be twice a week, turn out to be thrice. This depends very much in individual school. As for uniform, there is 2 sets, so not to worry DS will be wearing a non-iron uniform to school, unless mummy here get lazy. So far this duty(iron uniform) has been carried out successfully :xedfingers: To tell u guys out there, i dun even iron my clothes all this while, and yet need to do it for DS
In years to come, i will make him to do it himself. Not a difficult task, but time is consumed. I remember i ironed my school uniform when i was in P4.
Believe 2 sets of each will be sufficient, or u can purchase extra when time table is out. -
Luvkid, PE attire also must iron?? :? My DD's T-shirt is made from quick-dry material that doesn't wrinkle at all and the shorts are made from the kind of material that will spoil if ironed.
I used to iron DD's shirt but gave up after that since I only do ironing for everyone once a fortnight, but must iron for her once a week. As long as I hang the shirts up immediately after they're washed, the creases are not obvious unless the school is looking for the starched and pressed kind of look. Anyway, DD lies down for a quick nap in her uniform after breakfast so that kinda negates my ironing effort. Luckily, her skort doesn't need ironing.
What we bought:
1. 3 sets of uniform (based on my laundry cycle, only 2 are usually needed unless there are delays in the cycle like disrupted schedules and very bad weather)
2. 2 sets of PE attire (PE only on 2 days of the week)
3. 1 polo-t for excursions -

DS1 PE t shirt is made of cotton, so if dun iron, can see the \"wrinkles\" though not that obvious. As for short, i dun know how to describe, it is neither cotton nor dry fit. Anyway, also need to be ironed. In fact, during somewhere in july, the school has implemented the dry fit material. Not compulsory to phase out the old attire untill end of the year. So in order to \"make full use\" of the old PE attire, i decided to let him wear till it is phased out, and buy 2 sets of new material PE attire in year end. -
Daughter going P1 in MTS, petite size. Just bought the uniform, but not perfect fit. Anyone here knows where can i tailor make uniform?
