Or you can buy a carton DVD of 孙悟空 and get them to watch it. My kids will probably never read it in its chinese form so I get them to watch it instead. Keeps them occupy plus listen to some chinese while I get my housework done.

I always read this thread even when I have a maid cos its really inspiring. Im now re-reading it again to get some ideas when I go maidless nxt yr. This Sccoba and Roomba sounds fantastic…got timer somemore, will go look around these 2 months. When I renovated my current place, already planned to be maidless one day so already equip the hse with dishwasher, steamer, oven, dryer. Will also go look for a nespresso coffee machine for my caffeine fix since cannot just leave the house so easily soon

can get the coffee maker frm toastbox

I see!! I guess, I am not really looking for a bbsitter option since my boy attends childcare... for us, we are pretty much firm on sending the current maid off... now, to think about how to take care of the hse and child in much easier terms!
I was lucky I got a good babysitter thru NTUC childcare recommendation scheme quite some time back (no need to pay any fee!). We were staying in a more secluded area, so my babysitter also did not get babies to look after as her place was not that convenient to many people (it was convenient to me
).
She did not need the income, but she was bored and wanted to babysit. We visited her and we liked the environment + her kids were well-behaved. They visited us too and her hubby was ok to accept my kid. So, deal done!
She has since moved to a \"younger\" housing estate, so many babies to look after now :rotflmao: When we last visited her last Christmas, she had 3 babies at her place. Now, she had 2 babies left!
anyone with recommendations on dishwasher?? thinking if we shd get 1 to ease the washing of dishes... hmmmmmm
