I remember for my time it was sealed because it was a computed slip and it came as a form like those slips sealed at all sides. It resemble those type of carbonated sealed slips when you request for password like Singpass. Not sure if it’s still the same.

Yes you are right! Like computed payslip sealed!! You have to teared the side and also actual certificate will be generated out and for that can be laminated!!
I remembered 4 yrs old my elder DS went back school for the release, all the students were assembled in the school hall, the principal will make announcement on the top scholar and the rest of the results from the top to the bottom....everyone was excited... the whole school was filled of joy and sadness.... you can see students laugh and some cried ..... I felt excited for them too... form teachers usually came over and congratulated students some gave opinions on schools to select...till now, I still have this scene in mind....
Wonder this time for my younger DS what will be like???? I hope everything will be fine!

Thought the principal already knew the results one of two days before relase ?

Exposed? Just a piece of paper with the results on it, like a script? :scared:

No, they only find out on the morning of the release when they send someone down to MOE to pick up the results.

Yes! I believe so too... hence he/she knows who are the top scholar and from which class.... I guess she also knows which classes did better... for me... my elder DS (4 yrs old) all the GEP class did very well, but there is also 黑马for the normal class who score 240 and above....
Guess I have to roam around the school this time to observe the principal's look then I will be able to gauge the the result, btw the principal was with a smiling face before the result was released 4yrs ago! πŸ˜‚
