One of the PSLE question if my DD remembered correctly.
Sally baked some cookies to sell. ¾ of them were chocolate cookies and the remaning were almond cookies. After she sold 210 chocolate cookies and 5/6 of the almond cookies, she had 1/5 of the cookies left. How many cookies did she sell?

p.s. although my username is parent135 i am a child using my parent account -
I’m Jamie, child of my mum’s account XD
PSLE Maths was tough for me. I was able to answer all the questions, though. For the angles/geometry one, most of my classmates got 120, 135 or 150. I used guess & check at first, but then used ratio and got 120. Anyone used ratio & got that too? -

That one was 960 right?
Most of us got that.

parent123 how did you do the geometry question?? i(im a student, just took it today) found it impossible. the othter questions were easy to me but i had no idea about the geometry question. i spent like 1 hour looking at it(im not exxagerating) oh and good luck on chinese tmr!!
180degrees/3=60degrees
60degrees/3=30degrees
180degrees-30degrees=150degrees
this is my solution for q17. hope its the one you are asking for -
nani:
Speed, yes, I got 11:06. For the last question, i got 68 T.T I think it's wrong.

I used 180degrees / 6 = 30degrees
30 degrees x 4 = 120degrees.
Think Im wrong though. o_O
