      Dear all parents,

I just joined this forum today, my girl is currently in P1 of KCPPS.
I hope to hear some comments(good or bad) of what you parents think of KPPS, as
I am a bit worried by the recent news - eg, school reno, change to AM session only, change uniforms, change of principals, move to interim school. I realized that they do not communicate very clearly to the parents.

      Regards,
      Serene
      Really?????? :rahrah: 😉

        Hi Everyone

Been viewing this forum since beginning of my parent volunteer last year. My son will be going to KCPPS class 1C. Glad that i’m able to join this KIASU parents group in KCPPS.

I have a question to ask here. I’m planning to get my boy a school bag. Can I check if the school allow trolley bags? I understand some schools don’t encourage.

hi all, I got velcro black shoes for my son as I noted that my neighbor whose children are in KCPPS are using them so I assume.. (HAHA).

As for bags, I think we can check it out this coming sat, from the teachers.

Cool, seems my son got a classmate already.. 🙂 (nikerocks)...

            Just my 2cents worth.

Hi there - I am new here. My friend recommended me to this website to get some school information, and I'd like to ask if you can offer any advice on KCPP please.

My daughter is in P2 and in a convent school this year. She is dyslexic and I do not feel she is getting much understanding from her teachers in the current school. I am feeling the urge to change school for her next year and KCPP is one of my decision.

                  1) Is KCPP supportive and tolerant towards children with learning disability?
                  2) Is the envoriment and teachers patient with such students?
                  3) Is their standard high for average students?

Please advise me, any parents from KCPP?
                  Thank you so much 🙂

You may want to find more info here http://www.kcpps.moe.edu.sg/cos/o.x?c=/wbn/pagetree&func=view&rid=1055061

KCPPS is an average school. if the child is not in the top 2 classes, generally these is less stress.

Thank you for your reply. 😄

I am hoping to get more feedback from parents regarding the teachers' and principal's actions to students with learning condition.
