HPPS's uniform though not so nice, but it suits lazy mum like me..no need to iron Plus no extra set required for PE, therefore no need to worry forgot to wear the wrong uniform to sch. It would be even prefect if their sch shoes are black in colour.

Mmmm... is this a compliment or ???? I think HPPS is going to have a lot of GEP kids this year. Heard the size of GEP class tend to be quite small ( less than 20 ).

Comfy, why think that HPPS going to have lots of GEP kids this year? I know there is going to be 2 GEP class with 20 students each. My hubby thinks the ratio of teacher to lesser students would be better.

U know during DS P1's orientation, I asked the teacher at the information counter a silly question - what colour is the sch shoes? The teachers was quite shock with my question, think awhile before answering me WHITE. I hate washing sch shoes...luckily now managed to ask DS to wash himself.

Is there a means not to iron uniform? Heard that if use dryer upon dryer stop, quickly recover ur clothing from the dryer, they will not be crumbled.

Try to browse the school websites. Normally there is open house for GEP parents around Monday to Wednesday...

So far I see the websites there is no open house information for kids and now is friday already Unless the invitation from the sch is known only tomorrow. Thinking of bring DS to go and tour the schools before choosing for he is the one study there next 3 years not me.

Some GEP schools will conduct school tour before the submission deadline. Some even have sign-up list at their booths.

The schools will give out Open House info, if any, at the booths at the talk.

Kids are happy and having fun learning journey , never feel Elite or Inferior due to different background.
this year ,my ds is blessed to have very dedicated and caring language teachers .
math and science teacher are new to GE , but they are very hard working , the senior math teacher will be back from her studies next year .
the school emphasis on Character building and discipline as well.
