No lah, he didn't specify which level. I suspect they used to have lots of pupils quitting CCAs the moment their exam results went downhill. Also maybe they do have pupils who didn't do very well for PSLE but did very well for CCAs and could use their CCA achievements to get to a reasonably good school.
