yup, MOE will announce the date and time officially the day before.
For the past trends, it is ard noon time, that the pupils are told to gather at the school hall.
For some schs, parents are allowed to wait at the sch hall,
while for others, parents are told to wait at the canteen.

for pple who are regulars here, shd know that me, vks2010 and jtoh's kids are already in sec schools,
not current P6 mummies or daddies.
