Did you manage to see the price of food in ij canteen? Not sure how much to give.

I went there for food with my girl and I realized tt the food is q ex…the Milo and drinks can easily cost $0.80-$1.00 therefore I will be giving girl $2/day.

I gave my gal $2/day (excl emergency $$) on normal sch days and they usu spend abt $1-$1.50. They told me usu the popular food stalls have long queue…so no time to get drinks. They drink from their water bottle or the milo packets which I prepared for them. Occasionally I will also prepare snack like biscuits/cereal for them to share with their classmates in sch.

Yah my only worry is thy may not hv time to q, buy n eat… The jap stall I’d a hot fav w the girls but a little pricey… Hope my girl will know how to juggle her time well.

Any one noticed the carteen is near the car park ? Concern abt the little gal safety… anyone check abt the Sch bus fare

P1s buddy with the P5. Now is the time during the hols to teach your girls to manage time. I packet food for my kids (esp son) as his classroom is on 5th floor and there is no time to queue, eat and go loo...worse if teacher dismisses them late.

Btw mummies, out of curiosity, may I know how come ij tpy does not need to buy health Ed n music book?? My gir’s best friend will be in egos and they even hv readers for social studies!!! Being kiasu, do you think I should buy the readers for my girl?

Oooh and 1 more qn, has any one bought the agh uni frm united( tpy lor 4)? Is it cheaper to buy it there then Magdalene’s?? I’m thinking of buying frm united at tpy as it’s more convenient and the prob is I can’t go down to sch on 21st to buy sch u as it’s my uni’s exam period… However scared that the material n cutting will br different… Helpppp!!

I don't think they need to use any music book although they have music lesson once a week. Better to buy whatever stated in the booklist only.

No idea about the price but it's advisable to buy from Magdalene. There is still other dates to buy books and uniforms.
