:?: hi all, i jus got e kenwood breadmaker, e smaller one. how do u take e bread out after baking complete? e mixing blade is stuck in e bread. plssss help to advise me...

If u flip over, the bread and the mixing blade should come out together. Then just \"dig\" a bit like looking for a bullet in the wound to fish it out.

Unless u mean the bread can't come out of the container?

Bought it at $375 from Parsilk @ Transit Road. For 1 kg bread...

Still waiting, 1 more hour to go!
1 kg is the minimum size?
Mine caters for 750g, 1kg and 1.5kg plus selection of the crust colouring.

If mine is stuck, I would remove it when I cut the bread.
U can use the recipe here for Z-machine just that u will get a smaller loaf of bread only.

My loaf just dropped out when I turn the container upside down. The loaf should be \"crusty\" enough to be pry from the sides out...

Ok, pictures of my first loaf of 500gm white bread with raisins. We did not waited for 30 mins before cutting.... so not sure about some aspects...

http://i44.tinypic.com/idghnt.jpg\"> - a bit damp with more potential to rise and can be darker

For our next loaf, we need to do the following:

                      1. Add a bit more yeast to rise more...
                      2. Add more milk in order to make the \"skin\" darker...
                      3. Add a bit more raisins

                      Any more suggestions?

Next load will target for 750gm. Most importantly, children were v excited and waited to eat more :celebrate: :celebrate:
