I tell myself that the coupon is already used. PERIOD.
I have used my 20% and got another one as well. I bought everything you need to know abt science as well. now I have almost all the books but they need an opening ceremony......janet_lee88:
As a believer in Science assessment books, I agree with you that every new title in the market now has its own charm that is why I have a collection. But I am still very keen to see that Nail It MCQ by SAP. But why is it not avail at Popular ????
Unless there is a big item, otherwise will not want to get another voucher.
My set of 'everything you need to know about science' is in the cold room :moneyflies: -

Hi Mummies,
Just like all of you, I have everything about sci when ds was in pri five.Eventually din really make use of it, just few pages here and there.I think we worked on most of the mcq, leaving most structure out cos there was not much books on mcq alone. After working thr, most mcq are almost the same, unlike the past year paper.
I bought ultimate sci guide upper and lower block, never read, cos ds finds it too boring. On the contrary he read the big fat blue book by fairfiled.Maybe its more interesting. He also discard the orange psle guide, cos he just dislike it though its highly recommended by many school.
All in all, it really depends on what the child find interest in the book.Just one cent of my thought.
Cheers,
Leanne -

I bought the orange PSLE guide first. Then the Ultimate Science. My son will refer to the latter if he wants to check up something.Hi Mummies,

Agree with you that the child must be comfortable with the book or else he/she will never touch the book no matter how highly recommended it is. -
Yes, Janet, kid must like the book.
So far, my ultimate sci book and psle orange guide book still looking brand new in the cupboard.

Hihi Champion,chowon:
May I ask what is the minimum amount of guide books you have? There are so many in the market and I don't know if I want to get a few.
good morning chowon! :imanisland:
How old is your child? If in the lower primary, my opinion is do not get too many in the beginning. I have shared in the following page the 3 books that I feel is quite useful but I have to reiterate again - I am in no way related or advertising for any of the publisher nor author

My dd will be P3 next year. :scared: Don't know how and where to start guiding her on science. Thanks for your recommendation.

I was like you when in P2 Term 4 - started to panic that there is a new subject in P3! :yikes: Went to get a Caso guide book at the recommendation of a friend but then find that it is not in-depth enough!
Am glad that Mummy Janet_Lee88 started this thread where many parents come on board to share their experiences and reviews on the assessment books :salute: :celebrate: -
