Haha! Yes, they shuffle the children and assign new class at P3. The children get to make new friends and teachers. -

However, streaming is done only in P4 (to P5). Children will be place in classes according to their abilities.
For P3, was told that it is done randomly to shuffle the children to make new friends like what Mawar mentioned. -

Don’t think it is random… Will be difficult to identify the smarter ones to focus on to bring up the RSS brand and good name…
