Yes the whole area is called Gardens By the Bay. but there is a special exhibition dome thingy, kind of like a greenhouse but they designed it very nicely. It is not really air-conditioned like having the units but the temp is about 17-19 deg inside, and down to 16deg at night due to cooling pipes underground.
They do this because the plants housed inside are rare plants from the Mediterranean semi-arid region.
I say all this not cos I have gone la, I am also clueless as to what they have but all these are what I read from the papers. Cos some ministers and LKY went there to view all the plants the other day so there were many pics and a big write up on the area.
Makes me curious about it so I wanna go see. But like what Daddy D says, this weekend could be really crowded since it is new, and everyone would wanna go.
My friend also blogged about it cos she and kids went for picnic there. However they didn't go to the dome thingy, only outdoors. If you don't want to enter the cool area, then no need to pay. -

Those cases are very serious. We are not at the stage that will sue becos we are scalded by hot tea becos there's no warning the hot tea we are drinking is hot.
SAHM tan, u dunno now Sg also sue here and there meh? :evil: see the Doc Susan one, then the proprofol one/ liposuction, every day got new case. that time the IVF baby also - wrong skin colour, then this lady got a VBAC and her baby died, also sue. -
All these talk about medical stuff and hospital…ask hor, When the nurse ask to inject BCG, did they inform you of the possible side effects? This is excluding the swelling part of the injected site. Did they tell you, that it’s possible to get swollen and painful lymph nodes and if severe the glands will occasionally become infected?
For those with younger kids, the BCG shot is located on the arm or buttocks? -
