        Thanks Tinkerbelle for that info!

If Catholic students have a to buy a Bible and textbook, what about non-Catholic students? They do social studies?
        Hi michyms,

Social studies and Civics & Moral Education (CME) is compulsory for all students. For CME, it's conducted in the child's Mother Tongue Language so do ensure you buy the CME workbook in the right language .

Non-Catholic students do not need to buy the bible and Catechism textbook. When Catholic students have their catechism lessons on Wednesdays, non-Catholic students will have their Values Education lessons instead. 😂

Have been so busy that I missed this thread. I am so looking forward to orientation day tomorrow. Finally received the Security Clearance letter on Monday & I’m now trying to fill up the forms.

            hi Tinkerbelle,

            yes it is exciting…
Wondering if you have any tips to share on how to ensure that fewer careless mistakes are made? not reading instructions carefully, not to leave out any questions… gave dd a practice paper and it was disheartening to see her carelessness

                Thanks so much Tinkerbelle!!!

Can we order the MCS exercise books and school socks from Pacific as well? How do we know what sizes of plastic covers to buy for the different books?

                Hi phoenix,
Yes, you can order MCS exercise books from the Pacific Bookstores website but MCS socks are only available from the uniform shop ($3/pair).

As for textbook plastic covers, they come pre-packed in a set (about $6)in the right sizes for all your textbooks...very convenient. You just need to match the sizes & wrap. Exercise book covers come in a set of 10 for $2. 😂

Thanks for the update, i have to start saving money for the kids future.

Hi tinkerbelle and other experienced mummies, can I get some advice about the number of uniforms and PE attired to buy? Do you think 2 sets each would be enough? How many name tags do we need as well? Thanks so much in advance.

                      Hi all

Have been ultra busy so no time to log in. I thought it would be a nice idea to track which class our dd are going so we know share info, concerns etc. when the academic year starts (talk about KS. Ha Ha). Hope this hasn’t been done yet. I’ll start:

                      ZEAL
                      1. Fur-ma’s dd
                      2.

                      RESPONSIBILITY
                      1.
                      2.

                      INTEGRITY
                      1.
                      2.
