Which school is better for COP 210-230?

Are only the top 9 bands based on L1R5 listed ?
Those without a band means >9th band ? Those with this year's S1 Selection booklet - is there any explanation on this point ?

From what I know, those not listed
1) are either >band 9 based on L1B5,
2) or they are IP schools which do not need to go thru' GCE O Level,
3) or schools with too few candidates,
4) or new schools.

So theoretically, those 65 schools listed under the banding systems are better schools. (IP excluded under banding system and very few schools are listed under item 3 and 4)

I also need help to assess the schools in the east for 210 to 230 for my son.


The following are the possible schools based on cutoff point
1) Bedok View 218
2) St Patrick 223
3) Geylang Methodist 220
4) Bedok South 211
For item 2 and 3, i could not determine the banding from the MOE award table for express in spite of its higher cutoff point. does it mean that the O level results are beyond 9 ?
Any feedback on the schools will be appreciate or if there are any better schools I miss.

Zhong hua students are diligent but not intelligent. Students have been spoon fed extensively. I am not impressed by their performance in JC as they had to be wean their reliance on model answers. They get insecure when they do badly initially.
