OK so it is clear that the EESIS COP is at 260. This implies that the COPs of top IP schools should maintain more or less the same, at most +/- one point.

2nd step: Anyone with the score of 249 and given the choices of 3rd lang?

Is your DS a Singapore citizen? The EESIS is for Singaporean only.

Yes, Of course he should apply for RI. I don't see any reason why not? But I prefer he chooses HCI (becoz I m HCI supporter πŸ˜‚ ).

EESIS is $24,000 per year. If not given, how much is the sch fee of indept sch (HCI, NYGH, RI, RGS, ACSI, NUSHS)? Any other scholarship (not including financial assistance which has income limit) from the school to help defray cost if not qualify for EESIS? Can someone please advise? Thanks.

Is your son a Singaporean Citizen? If yes, he should have gotten EESIS. If not, there are other scholarships available.

Independent school fees vary from $200+ to $300+, depending on the schools. There are bursaries and scholarships to defray the cost for those who need it. Check up the individual websites of the schools you're interested in. All the details will be there.
