By the way, did your ds share about the teachers there?
Teachers are great! I like them, but like every school, there are black sheep. My son encountered two bad ones he never stops talking about... to this day! And he is already 17. šŸ˜‚ go to the RI thread.[/quote]

      yah I forgot there's an RI thread....thanx!

Well, he did occasionally and mostly those are his subjects' teacher. Generally, his teachers are great. Of course, some will be more interesting and lively than others. His form teacher is great, very patient and caring. His geography teacher like to call her student dear, as in a mother addressing a son. His HMT teacher like to talk about food. So overall, his feeling is good. Not sure about other class though.

Dd got 254+2. SNGS first choice, anderson second choice. Reason selecting this two sch because of distance, we can in khatib area. SNGS will be moving back to AMK next July. Cedar is a bit off and longer travel time.

Can 254+2 go to SNGS? Please advice. Thks.

Need some advice on third language.

2 extra concession points will be given for application to JC apply to Japanese as third language? Or only apply to CSP/MSP/BI?

No bonus points for Japanese/French/German. Only for MSP/CSP/BI.

I was reading yesterday's papers. Looks like most of the nation's top PSLE scorers are headed to RI and RGS.

                      Nothing new right ?
Thought the top girl said she may consider crescent girls too ?

Haha, it will be something NEW if nation ' s top PSLE scores are not heading to RI or RGS.

Branding plays a big role in most cases. šŸ˜‰
I remembered vividly that my gal 's schoolmate ever told her during this period of selection of schs,
that if she dont go to RGS, NO FACE, as told by her mummy......
                      Some food for thoughts......!!!

Aggregate 244. Can put Cedar as 1st choice?

can. but likely chances not very good. you can take a look at crescent girls too ....

Ya, chances of success is extremely low to nil, but no harm trying ,
Juz that u may have wasted 1 choice.
Crescent will be a better choice, if not, put Crescent as the 2 nd choice.
