For GEP students if you op for schools like RVH and NJC, you are no more in the GE system right since they are not on the list of the GE branch recognised GE schools ?

Will that be a factor in your consideration for school ?
Personally, it will not be a factor for me to consider when choosing the secondary school for my child. What matters most is the A level/ IB certificate. I think in secondary school, ge or not ge does not matter so much. JMHO

Do you consider pure express school as a main criteria in your selection of schools ?

Yes, i would prefer a pure express school for my child if possible

                I think so too.
How is BPGH a band 1 school if it has both NA and NT sections ?
They only rank the express section ?

Really! I really thought that it was based on priority! Meaning if my dd put SNGS as her first choice and she does not get in,she may not get into anderson because others choose it as their 1st choice? And do u think she will stand a chance w the different of 1 point?

Posting is based on merit then choice of school. So if your dd doesn't qualify for her first choice school, the computer will consider her for her 2nd choice, then 3rd choice etc and give her a school before they move on to the next student who's ranked after her. All this is clearly spelt out and illustrated in the MOE handbook given to all PSLE students in helping them to make an informed choice for schools.

Thank you so much!! Totally understand now! šŸ˜„

Can. As long as you are happy with it and ready to accept any consequences.
Just fill in extra five names lah.
Won't take you more than 2 minutes.

Even the normal cause has a ranking. BPGH ranked band 1 for normal course too (see pg G8) which mean ave L2B4 <19 for normal course

Yep, fill in 5 more codes for display only and to ensure the computer is not confused by your single entry šŸ˜‰
