Anyway, It is Written in her Result Slip that she is successful in her DSA and is Posted to RGS. She Qualifies for EESIS scholarship (Phew .... Means I Can Save 2.4k per year on Sch Fees ) and is eligible to take HMT and 3rd Language (Optional).

As For your Query on the Application to NYGH, etc ....
No - She Cannot Take Part in the S1 Posting Exercise.
But can try Appeal to NYGH, if Want to. But this is Heavily Discouraged by MOE (in fact, MOE Directive is No Appeal, No Transfer ....)
