      EatNonStop:
I steam the mung beans till soft and then mash the soften beans. While the mashed bean paste is still hot, quickly add in cooking oil and sugar and mix till sugar melted. Alternately, u can blend together the hot beans , sugar and oil together to give u the Smoothen paste.

I usually add coconut milk to blend the mung beans and cook it with sugar till it forms a paste. Any extra fillings will then be shaped into fruits, colour and dipped several times in agar agar solution. Voila! you get the thai jellied fruits.

This thread seem rather quiet lately. LKVM, the baking bug deserted you?

A mountain of choc chip cookies that I baked for DD's class party b4 the school hols started.

Been seeing this shelf of huge bottles of Nutella each time I went grocery shopping at NTUC. Could not resist so I grabbed a bottle even though we are not done with the smaller bottle we have at home. To help consume the Nutella faster, I baked these, self frosting Nutella cupcakes.

Don’t over mix your batter. Try dusting some flour onto your raisins before mixing into batter. Choco chip should be added last.
