don't you know that Rulang is considered a 'neighbourhood' school?
a very good one nonetheless. πŸ˜„

                    Hee hee.....must agree.
The fact that they can also churn out >50 students with score >250 for the last few years.....think, it's a good record. πŸ˜‰

so now to differentiate Rulang and the likes from the rest, those regular neighbourhood schools i call them 'neighbourhood neighbourhood' school. πŸ˜„
