        dearzen:
        hi,

i hv tried all methods, soft, semi, hard apprpoaches! The pro is my gal is alredi in CC for almost 1 yr! 😓

The teachers say she is ok after I leave the CC.. It is just the morning part... the parting part... Must drop a few tears... If I'm lucky, she will smile abit and wave bye (rarely), most of the times, she will cry...I feel so stressed out just by hearing her cries though not tat loud.. But imagine, almost 1 yr! :frustrated:

My boy joining her next mth. Hope the situation will improve...
        Hi dearzen

I felt stressed too when my girl cries and my tears start rolling down with her.

From my previous experience with ex-childcare... My DD cried for at least a month + on n off cry for another 8mths. After I change the childcare for her, she's ok.

Occasionally, she will relate some of the ex-childcare incident with me. I summed it up as uncaring & unfriendly teachers.

Ever since she got into the new childcare, she's very happy and look forward going to school everyday.

I have 2 kids... DD Aug 2008 and DS Aug 2009.

Both currently attending full day childcare.
Be it weekdays or weekends, sometimes they do drive us crazy.
Both full of energy! Once you turn your head away, they will be quarrelling.
Other than that, they are very adorable. Especially when they converse with each other.

One of the conversation they had with each other in the car...
DD: Didi, do you want to watch Hi-Five or Barney?
DS: I want to watch Mickey Mouse.
DS: 你故意的hah (Translate: You did it purposely one huh?)
I headache leh (with her hand pat on her head).

We both broke into laughter. 😂

Oh, I only realised today that there is a Thread called 2008 Kids!!! haha So suaku even though I’ve been on this KS board for several years.

My ds is a Aug 08 baby. He started attending playgroup 3x/week this whole year. Took him 3 mths to settle in, but it’s been superb since. And other than school, yeah, he follows me everywhere, so there’s barely anytime during the day away from him. I can’t wait until he sleeps at night! But then I wanna sleep too! But my "me" time also very precious. LOL - so see, I’m online chilling out. Apart from that, I love reading myself to sleep after he’s down for the night.

                  Hi everyone,

What does u all provide for 2008 kids? Anyone provide enrichment classes for them?
My 3yo just takes violin and piano lessons - started 2mths and 5mths ago, respectively. He asked to stop his Chinese playgroup early in the year.

                    Hi,

In CC, there bound to have some fierce & some 'easy' teachers. Hv to balance... So far I observe my gal's teachers, they r quite nice, hv patience.

Think she is jealous, now even my boy aso behaving the same. As long as both r wif me, or i ard, both will 'create' trouble, fighting 4 my attention.

Everyday must scold... I'm so tired...
