Hong Kong whether is getting cold. Those who are going there for the next few days remember to bring jacket/sweater along.

Fa Fuen street is next street to Tung Choi Street (Ladies Market).

Is ladies market worth a visit? whatβs there?
Where would you recommend shopping for teenagers? -

I walked half the street, its similar set up like the lanes we have in peoples park, can find cheap buys like clothes that are sold in shops here but cheaper. Wide variety of costume jewellery, handbags, stuff toys, cheaper fashion clothes, luggages, handphone covers etc... quite interestingIs ladies market worth a visit? what's there?

Anybody tried going to Po Lin Monastery to see the Big Buddha via Ngong Ping cable car? I canβt figure out how to get to the MTR station to take this cable car from YauMaTei.

From YauMaTei, take the Tsuen Wan line to Lai King station, then transfer to the Tung Chung line to Tung Chung station (last station).

Yes, definitely. If it is fixed price, they will tell you so. I found that most of the stalls there are repeated many times and they sell almost the same stuff, so don't rush into purchasing something. You will most likely run into another stall selling the same items just a few stalls away.moonee:

Ladies market is worth visiting for the experience. There are also shops behind the stalls selling apparels etc.Is ladies market worth a visit? what's there?

For teenagers, if they are interested in outlets and bargain hunting, they can try Citigate Outlets (Tung Chung), China Hongkong City (TsimshaTsui) and the Granville Road.
For the usual shopping, TsimShaTsui and Causeway Bay are good.
