      Hi jedamum,

If its the preschool program, siblings may enjoy some advantage in enrollment. I booked slot for ds2 months after ds1 joined. Not that sure about the primary program as each year they will open up enrollment on a particular date. I only know that existing preschool kids will get to register at an earlier date compared with non preschool kids.

Don't believe there is any entry tests for non preschool kids, but you should check with them to be sure.

Based on limited verbal understanding from parent, I hear they also do the whole spectrum for English with some coverage on idioms. The parent I spoke to liked it enough to be running from pri school program and preschool program for her kids (different venues).
      hi hquek,
      thanks for sharing.
we are looking at pri programme for both kids (ie P1 1yr later for 2006 son) because not keen to run both places (and also ds2 has a good kinder sch programme for now). will check with them next yr.

Hi jedamum, not sure which centre you are looking at, spaces may be more limited in home based ones. Also, have to take into account that lower pri is a program, and upper pri is another - I’m not sure if there are centers that do both.

Heard that iCreative is very full for all branches and the waiting lists are very long too!

Now am contemplating between ICR and LC. Any advise? TIA.

Depend on choice of time and centre. But word of advice, home based centres may close if teacher quits, so do have plan b in mind. My friend sign up but was told to find another place for her child when that teacher resigned.

Thanks hquek for the advise. I am not looking at iCreative now, it’s either ICR or LC.

Hi jedamum, the parent I was talking about sends her kid there. Let me know if you have more specific questions, I can ask her.

                      Hi hyuek,

How is yr ds2 doing? My son is in Lcentral marine parade and doing great. He could read simple chapter book now. Will get him to read my father’s dragon soon.

I have secure a place in icl for my 4yo to be starting mar next year at Bedok North. Like the place and programme. Personally find it more enriching fir this age group. Had query forp1 in punggol. They ask me to check again when day comes。

Now stress in coaching my girl letters.May I know what to prepare and expect?
