Can confirm this is the vendor ?
we bought the text books on-line and the files and exercise books from school. Hv to go down to Tiong Bahru Plaza for the uniforms, they changed the uniform vendor this year.pinball:
Going to buy school text books at Popular later, uniform probably next week to avoid the crowd ... those items not available, then go NH buy, anyone buying too ?

School bus
So good you just need walk.
We stay near lakeside mrt, now considering weather take school bus or public transport. As really too early to get up for school bus.
Pro:
1. No need to company them to and from school.
2. No worry if rain
Con:
1. Bus fee
2. Extra fee for stay back transport
3. Wake up very early -

I've never bought my son's books from Pacific since they took over the school bookshop from Popular some 2 years ago. They are slightly more expensive than Popular. I order mine from Popular online store. It's cheaper and you can choose to collect it from a Popular store near you. -

Will just have to get the files and exercise books from the school bookshop right? Are they open during the school holidays?
TIA.

shalomger:
Yes the bookshop is open during the school hols but best to call and check their opening and closing times. I usually grab more exercise books than what is stated on the booklist. It would normally last you through the whole school year. I would stock up on the foolscap paper as the GEP classes tend to use those more often. If you have any other questions, we can take this over to the ACSP thread.
Thanks once again, Clayman!
