My DD kindergarten teacher also complain abt her handwriting ... In pri sch marks deducted for ugly handwriting? Didn't know tat .. I tot most doctor handwriting also not nice lehpuff:

[/quote]Got to practice more at home for handwriting..my DS during had been writing in N2 with dotted lines. Now handwriting is not bad, but no patience, last few works looks like drawings instead of writing.

we bot the 1st agape bag, lasted for near to 3yrs, then bot a 2nd handed one - last less than 1yr… so no more getting agape bag.
the agape concert is so ex… 200bucks… nope my girl is not involved. she’s in K1 wah… the grad is for K2… 不管我家事, somemore so ex… we cant afford… wonder what’s the price tag for next yr??? y have to go 5star hotel to have the grad thingy? what’s the big deal? now U grad is so common liao lor… K2 grad only leh!!! -

For holistic assessment curriculum, yes, handwriting is a component. They called it Stellar Handwriting.crystalbelle:

My nephew had a teacher in Pri 1 who was sooooo particular about handwriting. In our eyes, he wrote so neatly, but teacher was not satisfied. She'll erase away untidy and neat handwriting ....My sis had a phobia after that and she spent alot of money on buying good erasers.
talking about \" good eraser\", which one is good? Cause i have many eraser but when rub, it always make so much for the \" curly things \" :frustrated: , something cannot even rub properly lor -
yup, it so expensive for the DVD, concert costume… Even the tickets cost about $55. So every time, i just brought 1 and the clerk always says " Why dun you bring your DD and what about your DH "…
Wow if whole family goes, it will have to be about $300 dollars lor… -

Initially we find it expensive as well. My DS had been attending concerts since N1. So let him go expose and build confidence. The process was fun and we even practice with him at home of his dance steps. It is a little ex, hope next year would be cheaper and the graduands will be more. Their graduation cert was awarded by the parents on stage to their kids, I find it good and nice. I only start now to give my DS practice writing as all along i thought the MCPS ( CC) will do that ( cause i pay $1200 every mth, i am frequest traveller )… but now i realise that most CC emphasis on the kids emotional and social skills and not on these aspect… So will transfer him to kindergarten next year and then give him more enrichment class… lots of catch up to do lor… -

my girl likes to draw, coloring… so tot writing shall not be a mess… but NOT leh… haha… somemore lefthanded how to teach… dh handwriting also horrible lor… keke…
HUH?? left-handed clever? but not my girl yah… both of us are very sure of her… not we belittle our girl… we suspect her to have mild dyslexia… but CC Tr said she’s doing fine lor… anyway cc Tr always change so we dont really take their words…
