      Dear Smurf:

Yes, correct! It is Empress. I super like it, very cheap, RM249 (with some member’s coupon). I am not the member, thanks for my friend, she was using her member coupon and bought for me. I heard some "gold" member can get at RM149 only.

Oic...ya, the heavy duty KA can knead bread np. Kinda regretted buying the colourful ones bec not powerful enough for bread 😞

Anyone using KA artisan for bread? can advise?
What's the difference? I bought one at Tangs without knowing all of this. I ordered one which was supposed to be rough surface and grey in colour but was delivered one with grey smooth surface. I didn't know till I open it yesterday. It was delivered in June after my move. Can enlighten which is which? Can mine still make bread?

I threw away my kenwood pro just to make way for KA. Did I do something silly?

Hi Anna, did you re-divide the dough and at which stage did you add the toppings?

Anna, I am using the Zojirushi BB-HAQ10 bread machine.

How long can your bread stay so soft? Mine the most is 2 days. 3rd day starts to turn stale already.

                        Hi~ Flowermonaster

My whole family love to eat breads, so normally our breads will only "available" for few hours after out from oven, so i not sure how long the bread can last. Anyway i am using "over night dough" method, heard that the bread can last for 2-3 days.

                        Hi! Dasalo:
Yes, got to re-divide the dough into 4 portions, mould it round, rest 5 minutes, press out the air and roll like swissroll. (repeat this step for 2 times)

I am still a beginner, the sweet potato toast your saw was my first attempt, still lots to learn.

Here is the Sweet Potato Bread Recipe

                        Japanese Sweet Potato Bread

                        30g\t\tButter

                        Overnight sponge dough
                        100g bread flour
                        60g water
                        1/4 tsp yeast
Mix the instant yeast with 20g of water until well blinded. Add the remaining ingredients and knead to form dough. Let it proof for 30 minutes. Wrap with cling film and keep in the refrigerator overnight or up to 48 hours.
