They used to have that past few years (courtesy of some parents & students who actually bothered to compile for our viewing pleasure... hahaha... but this year, there seems to be none.. or maybe it has shifted to a specific location unknown to me.. any idea?) There are 2 high ability classes in P3. I believe u will not be able to tell by the name of class as it is not the same each yr. Only the boys themselves will know. P4 onwards, there will be 2 JTP classes and 1 high ability class.

I believe the cca available for p2s are the same as P1s. CCA only compulsory fr P3 onwards.

My boy (2003 born) will be in 3 Patrick next year. Another boy will enter SJI in 2013.

Does anyone know which are the "better" classes in Pr 3 next year? I’m asking because I hope my boy doesn’t get too much pressure if he is in one of the better classes.

Unfortunately, I've got a very very blur son. He doesn't seem to know anything and is in a world of his own. He just does his best in school (thank goodness for that) and doesn't bother how his peers do. I've asked him before which classes his friends are going to, and how did his friends do in the exams. He knows which classes his friends are going to, but he doesn't care about how they did in school.

I think boys are less competitive…so shouldn’t feel pressure whichever class he is. FYI, my ds does not hv any academic enrichment except Chinese which he will be stopping nxt yr. I really felt worried for him, but trust that he will try his best.
