Share what I can translate one first.
To prevent high blood, beside relaxing we need to learn how to ease our stress. Esp so whn all DDs n DSs go to P1 nxt yr :pokeeye:
We hv to press n massage the cross point between the big n 2n toes every night for 50x each foot. By doing such action, helps to ease temper, insomnia, stress. Do it every nit before :snooze: .
For toddle constipation, placed both thumbs slightly abv, where belly button is in between both thumbs. Press n massage vy gently. Then roll over, I mean d kid, placed thumbs abv kidney n massage gently. Do this as a routine, shd see result. I started juz now, so see if she pass motion tomorrow

@baking mum… Go to settings then look for general and click on keyboard… Then click on international keyboard and then add new keyboard… I choose the Chinese simplified pin yin and hand writing…

I checked with Kid2Youth, they have 5 different desk models, starting at $899 to 1699, comes with chair. Their promotion ends with the school holidays. And yes they're throwing in 3M lamps. Apparently, their desks have warranty of 5 years vs Kinderfun/Ergoworks 1 year. I must say their desks is much nicer.[/quote] -
