Hi Pen, which schools have you heard of that may start later? So far, I have not heard anything on that.

I don't think govt schools have such a freedom, unless the decision comes from MOE. The possible ones should be the independent schools.

Like I mentioned earlier in reply to this question, the only school I know that does this is NJC
