may i know if anyone here knows when is the release of results for year 1 online application phrase 2 this year?

Thanks for your info. I didn’t know Top 30 NMOS will be invited. How about those who get the Platinum Award for SMOPS ? They will get to participate in AMOPS. Will they get invited too ? There is another term that I’m curious about. “Honorable Mention” what do they meant by this ? Better than Bronze or below ?

I don't think so, as SMOPS is organised by HCI not NUS High.

Honourable Mention is below Bronze.

If you think a child has potential in Math and Science, why not fill in the application form, so that the child can interview in March Next year, if successful, join the activities in the next june holidays.

NUS High OAS Website shows my DS’ Application status pending,


When I inquired NUS Admission office, they mention that they had some info from MOE and the result will be informed only on 21st Dec 2011…I had confirmed that the results of NUS high will not affect S1 Posting.

Do anyone encounter similar experience …

Anyone knows what’pending’ on the online application means? does it mean that those who recieved pending will need to attend any interview or submit any portfolio? For those who recieved pending, what marks do you all get for psle? it is 258 or more or even less? thxs.

BTW , my DS is 260 and A* in Maths and science

Me tooooo Kiasu what they are now requesting Moe
Could be one of the below:
(1) to check which schools we have applied.
(2)check the aggregate score to find the decimal
Accuracy probably Many with same marks would have applied

Now there is no 2 bird in hand scenario as stated previously.

Haha, yeah, nus vry smart so the students there will be smart too. By the way, I’ve gotten 258 and A* in both maths n science too. Hopefully there will be no 3 bird in hand scenario as stated so that we can confirm more q&a with one another. Not only parents woried, children also vry worried.
