Heard from my dancer friend that either Chinese dance or ballet provide very good basic for young children.


Any one like to recommend any chinese dance schools? I’m more into Chinese dance than Ballet.

I think pole dancing is more fun and it really helps to tone up ur body.

oh ya…you would get alot of bruises when u begin to learn. Then again the rewards are sweet when u see urself becoming tone and with a nice body.

i heard that people too skinny cant learn this cause it wont look as nice. i’m slightly underweight. i am interested but should i still go for it? hmmms.

Its the NEW ERA of fitness!! A latin inspired dance fitness sure burn calories more than running 30min on threadmill!
