hi! my dd scored 233 for her psle wad is her chances for getting in tkgs?

My friend’s ds scored 220 , if he wants to appeal to the sch which is near his house, tt sch cop is 223 and he is very gd in one of the Cca tt the sch offers .( he didn’t put this sch in his 6 choices as he thot tt his chance is 0 ) does anyone know what is his chances are?

Just put in the appeal after posting results out on Wed. It's ok to try and see how it is.

You will know is <40 hours time. No one can tell what is COP now. Sit tight and wait. Good Luck!

Thks pen [/quote]You're welcomed, Ms Tay. I guess there will be lots of appeal after posting results are out. As usual, some \"change mind\" / \"must make last effort to try\" cases. Like I always say, do what you think is for the benefit of the kid: Try if you must; Let go and move on if you must.

Actually he is quite comfortable wif his 1st choice sch(cop 219)but I encourage him to appeal as his 1st choice sch is not near to his house

psle sad mum, I know you are very worried now and looking for some assurance. However no one can guess the COp of TKGS at the moment. The appeal chance will be partly dependent on the COP. For eg. if this yr COP is 233 / 234, and your DD didn't manage to get in, the possibility of success for the appeal is higher as she is very near the COP. If this year's COP increase to 236, then the success rate of your DD's appeal will be affected too.

I wish I can give you more assurance, but since we have already done our part and put in our choice, we just have to wait till Wed to know the outcome, before we decide on the next step. Try not to worry too much, go shopping, go spa, watch a drama, etc. Relax and let's not think of things beyond our control.
