About the \"little test\", really a tool to determine which classe the childeren will be assigned to? Does it mean that the \"front\" class is better one?

I have not received the letter but I had called the sch earlier to obtain details of the class my DD was assigned to. My gal will be gg to the 1-5 class. DD did told me that she was given a worksheet to complete during orientation and she was able to complete without hassle. She's my first kid to be gg to Pri 1 so I have no prior exp but I recalled on the orientation day that the Principal mentioned the actual 'test' will only happens at year end for P1 and based on what I gathered from my colleagues, P1 and 2, students will usually be in the same class and split only P2 after.

What abt your kids? Have they been assigned the class?[/size]

Paiseh. i’ve been busy so MIA. i’ve finally received the letter. suspected letter sent to wrong address. My DS going to 1-5. Fluffyjazz, same as yr DD. maybe we’ll meet tmr. heehee. u can look out for someone chubbie, as what my nickname is. hahaha. by the way, do u all have the jotter books (square ones) that were supposed to bring on wed? i only have 1 lined one. called up bookshop, they said only sell lines one.
