Hi. I have a number of used pinafortes (sizes 26 to 24), blouses (sizes 4 to 7), PE shirts and PE shorts to give away. Please contact me for collection. Or please suggest a place for me to give away. I contacted the school, but it does not want. I suppose some low income families may want them, but have no idea how to reach out.

I know that CHIJ (TP) offers fencing as CCA. The materials are very expensive. My child is not playing it and wants to sell her stuff off. She has a fencing mask (size xs); master guard (size 5); right hand glove (size 5.5); 1 arm vest (size 32); fencing jacket (size 32); grey vest (size 36; brieves (size 35); fencing blade; fencing bag (blue colour); blade wire. Please contact me if you are interested in anything.

            Hi parents,

Any ideas what to bring on the first day of school? Is it ALL the 2A textbooks, 2A workbooks and exercise books? :scratchhead: That will be very heavy.
            :thankyou:

              Hi Berry

It is actually in the parent handbook. Besides the textbooks, we need to bring the exercise books too.

I am planning to ask my daughter to bring her homework file, 2A Math text/activity, Chinese text/activity and 1 single line/square exercise books and pencil case. Then maybe the language files another day.

Hi all p1 to be mummies- just want to check if u hv heard from the school bus provider on pick up and drop off. I hv called n& s bus service countless times but they don’t seem to pick up phones. I m at bishan. Anyone has better luck? Pl let me know as school is starting soon and I want to settle this so that I can prep my dd on what time she has to wake up.

                  Thanks

I think the bus drivers finalise the routes only in the week preceding/last few days before school starts. Even then, the routes and timings might change as other parents change their minds and take up/pull out of the service.

Ya, The bus driver will usu call during the last week of the holidays…

If you are staying at Bishan, I think pick up time is around 610am and drop off time is ard 2pm (for dismissal at 130pm) and 130pm (for dismissal at 1pm). (that was my timing last year)There might be some delay during the first month as most gals do not stay back for CCA or extra lessons, so most of them will take sch bus home …kinda early but I guess there were quite a handful of gals staying at Bishan.
