How come the book shop did not tell you no need to buy the tie / badge because the boys will get it at the Investiture ceremony at at the end of orientation ?verykiasu2010:

I think I look more like a blur hippo then a Kiasu hippo ..

Good to have 2 ties. Keep one at home and one in the school locker. If the child forgets to bring the tie on monday morning, he can get it from the school locker. Cant buy as the bookshop is not open early morning.
For me will probably need to get more for DS since ACSI needs to wear tie everyday.
