can tell me, how's your DS ICR assessment? okay bo? or sign up already eh? tamp branch? assessed by which Tr eh?

DS ICR assessment so so lor.... the tr show a pg full of pic from a - z , ask DS to read and ask which phonic makes the sound... then she move to a - z alphabets .. ask to read.. then point at each alphabet to ask DS to make the sound ... then ask DS to circle the sound of alphabet she make .... and then she give long list of words like... the, to , she, he for DS to read... then she ask DS to read pretend words like DAP; WOR... etc... and DS is asked to start at the prelimary class...

so he got all correct for the pic page? for the phonics sounding too?

so the Tr was a female eh? my DD was a male leh... wah... :drool: handsome lor... my girl was assessed as in preliminary lor... but told the Tr that her CC Tr said she can do blending... then he smilied... he said my DD knows the words thru memory... but she always forget things, very forgetful lor.... btw, the Tr has UK education...

did you manage to go learning point?? So decided with ICR?

Yup went to learning point, very professional also but it is more for exam i think... so will go with ICR as they hve special method.. will try for 1 term and see DS progress if not will shift to learning point lor...

But have to get the receptionist to come and work lor before i can sign up :slapshead:
