I was there in September:) definitely more worthwhile visiting than the one in JB! Haha

Agreed! Customer service in HK has improved over the years. My reasoning is that they are probably "trained" by the cash rich Mainlanders who would walk in dressed light aunties going to the market and buy the items like in the wet market and just pay Cash! Haha they are friendly and helpful. They actually helped me hunt down the store with the item and reserved it!

since the 98 financial crisis and the sars crisis, they realised the importance of good service to retain their livelihood. they are very pragmatic people and have no hung up -
The only disappointment is that with HK Disneyland. They have all the facilities/hardware, but service/software is far lacking compared to Tokyo.

Becareful of bringing kids to hk Disneyland!!!. Recently friend's friend went there and their 2 kids age 5 and 7 were lost there .... Now still cannot find !!!'n :scared:
